Außenlandungszwischenfall mit Ka 8 B bei Bazenheid führt zu erheblichen Schäden

Am 1. Juni 1966 erlebte eine Alexander Schleicher Ka 8 B eine Außenlandung in der Nähe von Bazenheid, Schweiz. Während seines ersten Streckenflugversuchs versuchte der Pilot, auf einem ungeeigneten Gelände zu landen. Das Segelflugzeug überwand zwei Hindernisse, bevor es schnell absank und beim Aufprall erheblichen Schaden erlitt. Glücklicherweise gab es bei dem Zwischenfall keine Verletzten oder Todesfälle.

6. Outlanding - damage: The glider impacted the ground hard and was substantially damaged, but there were no injuries.
