Incident Ka 2 à l'aérodrome d'Olten : collision avec une clôture lors de l'atterrissage
Le 3 juillet 1966, un Alexander Schleicher Ka 2 a été impliqué dans un incident à l'aérodrome d'Olten en Suisse. Le pilote a involontairement volé avec les aérofreins déployés lors d'un remorquage et de l'atterrissage suivant. L'appareil a heurté une clôture, causant des dommages au planeur. Heureusement, le pilote est resté indemne. Le rapport d'enquête a été approuvé le 3 octobre 1966.

- Dive brakes left out: The glider was flown with the dive brakes inadvertently left extended, without the pilot realizing it, during the tow.
- Approach with brakes: The pilot continued the subsequent landing approach and landing with the dive brakes still extended, degrading performance.
- Collision with fence: During the landing roll the glider collided with a fence on the airfield.
- Crash - no injury: The glider was damaged in the fence collision, while the pilot remained uninjured.
