Am 17. April 1970 kam es auf dem Flugplatz Grenchen in der Schweiz zu einem Bodenkontakt mit einer Alexander Schleicher Ka 4 Rhönlerche II. Während eines Windenstarts initiierte der Fluglehrer in etwa 70 Metern Höhe eine Seilrissübung. Die verzögerte Reaktion des Flugschülers führte zu einem Höhenverlust, woraufhin der Fluglehrer die Kontrolle übernahm.
