Crash du DG-800 à Radevormwald après une urgence médicale du pilote
Le 14 juin 2000, un planeur motorisé Glaser-Dirks DG-800 B s'est écrasé dans une forêt près de Radevormwald, Allemagne. Le pilote, qui volait seul, a été mortellement blessé. Le vol a commencé sans incident, mais des témoins ont observé l'appareil entrer dans une vrille incontrôlée avant de descendre rapidement. Une enquête a révélé qu'il n'y avait aucun défaut technique sur l'appareil. Il a été conclu que le pilote a subi un événement coronarien aigu, entraînant la perte de contrôle.
